# 3/4 loom question

So i managed to get a hold of some [splitless loom](https://www.gbfans.com/shop/34-splitless-wire-loom) but it seems a bit rigid.

Is it supposed to be like this or should i look into getting something a bit more flexible like vacuum hose for example?

The correct loom is actually quite flexible. Like a bendy straw.

Damnit, this stuff has _some_ flex but it tends to hold whatever shape you bend it to. ah well the search continues :P.

split loom is a bit more flexable and is (i think) what was used on the actual movie packs. You can also make loom a bit more flexable by putting rope or “[leg hose](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/uniform/yellow-hose)” material inside of it.

Putting tubing, like the [leg hose](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/uniform/yellow-hose) tube, through the split loom helps alot , but also is a fun time running wire through it if you’re running wires from the pack to the wand lol.

I didnt find running a tube thru it to be any help at all, the loom tends to twist around it and get all messed up looking, I have split loom on my pack at the moment but hate the look of it.
