My name is Andre, I live in Holland (or officially The Netherlands), I am 36 years old, and..ofc..a fan of the Ghostbusters. I work at city hall (one of the bureacratic bookworms who stiffs you on the bill) which is an ok job for the time being, since it pays the bills. Been a GB fan on and off since 1984 when I first saw the movie. I was scared and fascinated at the same time, and when the cartoon and the toys came along, I was completly hooked. I rememer building my first, what would have to pass as a protonpack, with my younger cousin. The times we had hauling those have backpacks around. To this day I still wonder how we never ended up with a serious hernia. Ah well… I collect GB stuff whenever I can, but here in the Netherlands it is quite a pain. The merchandise is overprized or unavailable. Every now and then I get a break, like last year when out of the blue at a convention I found my GB2 four pack in box…needless to say…I got that one straight away. Also an observing friend got me the Rookie from [the Video Game](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/games/ghostbusters-the-video-game) two weeks ago…but other then that its just RGB stuff overhere…which is ok ofc..but even thats getting more rare. I found this site on a quest to aquire a vaccuformed [Proton Pack](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/proton-pack) to be honest. I wanna make one for Halloween, and I thought I’d better get a good and early start…but as it turns out..these shells dont sell in Europ at all..or well not that I can find at any rate. Found a rental service in Belgium..so if push comes to shove I can always do that..but..I would really want to make it my own project if possible… If you can help me out, drop me a line and see you all on the forums..
