I’m about to start painting a [vigo the carpathian](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/characters/vigo-the-carpathian) replica about 5 foot high in oil on canvas, I want to see what options/directions people can offer toward selling it, what sort of price i should put on it and am i likely to find anyone interested in buying it at all? ---

If you’re only painting it with the intention to sell it.. then I would wouldn’t bother with it. ---

Agreed, most props are made because you have a love of the movies. I am not second guessing your love of the movies but I would have to echo what AJ said. If you were to put a lot of work into that painting, there is a good possabilty that it won’t sell. If you really wanted to do it I would just do it as a look what I did type of thing. Thanks guys, I was just curious about its saleability and would have painted about 5. i’m going to do one for myself anyway, it would look awesome at the end of my bed, with that kind face to watch me sleep i could only have the sweetest dreams 😃
