Saw this on eBay today:
It was listed as proton pack. I’m thinking the seller was mistaken and this is some sort of GB wannabe toy but I’m curious to see if anyone knows what this really is.
I think it’s an accessory to one of the action figures from the Jim Carrey Grinch movie.

Yep, it looks like the backpack from the Whobilation Grinch, sold in a two-pack with the Mayor.
