Hey all. If I’m using a 7/8" OD / 5/8" ID clear acrylic tube, and a thin walled 1" tube for the barrel grip section (if that is the correct size to fit the ThrowingChicken kit), then, what size aluminum tube would I use for the step-down section (the silver tip from the grip to the clear tube? And, I assume, I would cut off a 1/4" section of that to fit the [trigger tip](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/proton-pack/trigger-tip) to at the end of the barrel, correct? Thanks for the info! And, I did try to search on this one, couldn’t seem to find the info. Links are appreciated. ---

As for fitting inside the PVC pipe, It is almost snug. I glued it into the PVC pipe with PC-7 epoxy. This is the closest thing I could get. Hope that all helps. ---

where the clear end goes into the grip section i used black electrical tape and wound it around the clear piece and then glued it into place when the diameter was a snug fit. ---

Ah, schedule 10 pipe … well, of course. Why didn’t I think of that? LOL, thanks for the info! Off to place an order. Now, if I could just get some metal [trigger tips](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/proton-pack/trigger-tip) and some real banjo tips, I’ll be in biz! ---
