I looked on the website at the ghostbusters [ghost trap](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/ghost-trap) from gb2 and thought I could use it as a gb1 trap but then remembered that the gb2 trap was smaller than the one from the first movie and the parts for gb1 might not fit in the gb2 body. So can anyone suggest a website with a good gb1 ghost trap body and electronics for it. ---

Say what now? No one but Matty makes traps for sale. If you want a GB1 trap you’ll have to make one yourself. ---

You could be, you just need to be willing to learn… A lot of us here started not knowing how to build anything, but that’s the great thing about this hobby! ---

[Ghost traps](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/ghost-trap) are probably the easiest thing to create. I have made a ton of traps using foam board and resin parts, all of which are easily found and readily available. I’m using those plans to start my trap build. Fantastic diagrams for a stunt trap. Once I get a little further along, I will start my build thread!. ---

Looking forward to seeing it! These plans are great and are easily converted so you can have a removable cartridge and opening doors, I use these plans for all my trap builds. I wonder if there are any other templates besides these for the traps?
