# Bumper Shock Question.

How many “ridges” are there in the shock? My friend works at a metal fabrication place and said he’l could make those, but just needs to know how many notches or grooves total. I’ll see if he can make them and if so I’ll see if he’ll do it cheap so we can all have cool [bumper](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/proton-pack/bumper) shocks.
