From the screen captures posted so far, only Peter has his waist strap fastened during the courtroom battle. Also a big thank you to Joeghostbuster and Capt Cyan for recomending the materials that I need to make a waist strap. ---

one funny thing, when Egon operates the trap, he clips the gun on his belt…the million dollar question is how? lol unless he does it on his belt loop ---

No, not Winston, the guy on the left. 😉 Found him on eBay under Dr. Who listed as “Smiler” I’m not current with Dr. Who so I can’t say if that’s the correct name or not. He has a judicial type robe and a two sided head so you could make The Hammer in mad mode. That Ray figure looks awful (not your strap). I still can’t believe Matty released it looking like that. It felt SO GOOD to paint over it and turn it into a Courtroom Egon. What did you use for the straps, Joe? They look smooth, so I’m guessing a type of silicon or rubber, but I’m curious. I need to do this for all of my figures, myself. ---

so you have a courtroom Egon and a courtroom Peter but no courtroom Ray? just for the sake of completion, I’d have thought you would have kept a Ray, even though he’s not very good the kidney straps are rubber bands painted catachan green ---

I customized 2 Courtroom Peters into Egon and Ray before [Mattel](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/toys/mattel) announced theirs. The second Egon (using Ray) was a commission. Thanks for the tip on the straps. I really need to do this to mine. ---

Wow, great find Capt for [the Judge](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/characters/the-judge)! That was also the first time I saw the Joker figure being mentioned as a base for Peck’s police officer buddy, lol. Another great match! Really great job everyone, really makes me wanna get my butt in gear and get my Courtroom set going! ---

That looks like an even more difficult modification than I thought. I’m planning on making an accountant Louis and I was considering using a Peck torso, but maybe I’ll just try to sculpt a vest onto the courtroom/labcoat torso. I have no idea why Matty didn’t just use the same neck joints for all the figures in the line. I mean why make Peck’s body different than the rest? All it does is prevent future reuse, which didn’t end up mattering, but had the line continued it could have come in handy to have that torso as an option for Louis or Egon (even though Egon’s vest is a different type, though I doubt they would have cared). ---

Honestly, it’s a LOT easier to remove the neck from the head and use a dremel to hollow out the head. It’s what I did for both Apartment Investigation Venkman and World of the Psychic Venkman. A bit of glue, given time to dry, and you can pop it loose and have articulation, too. ---
