hey there, just starting to build my first proton pack, i am after a cyclotron bumper…does anybody have one for sale? or know where i could get my hand on one? cheers Lukey boy
I don’t think there are any. There was a guy that was selling them until about three weeks ago who is on the banned seller list, but even he seems to have now dropped off the face of the earth.
I suggest looking in the tutorials forum. There is a great tutorial there on how to make one using a floor joist, a saw, and a router. If you don’t have a router, then you could do it by making it in three layers and using wood filler.
There are rumors of someone else who may be producing resin bumpers and selling them here, but who knows if or when that will materialize.
The bumper on my pack is about the only thing on my pack that I fabricated that I think I will replace after Halloween.
yeah i thought they were pretty hard to come by… oh well, its cool, ill give it a go at making one

hey, im in the process of my first packs, im building 3 at once. one to sell off before haloween, to cover the cost of the other 2 to use for halloween.
as for the bumper, as a temporary or even permenant solution, i reccomend using a curtain rod from home depot, they are adjustable so legnth really isnt a problem, id go with a 2 inch width.
