According to certain crew members on “[Ghostbusters II](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/games/ghostbusters-ii-activision)”, when [Ernie Hudson](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/people/ernie-hudson) delivered the line “Wow, that is one ugly dude” to the painting of Vigo, tears were seen streaming down the canvas. ---

If you look very closely at the crowd scenes in both “Ghosbusters” and “[Ghostbusters II](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/games/ghostbusters-ii-activision)”, you can see [Ernie Hudson](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/people/ernie-hudson) in several different spots. This is because he has the ability to multiply and wanted the extras to feel safe in knowing that he was constantly nearby. ---

Did you notice that McDonald’s doesn’t use the Mayor McCheese character anymore? That is because [Ernie Hudson](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/people/ernie-hudson) ate him. Apparently he was the only burger big enough to satisfy Ernie’s massive hunger. While working on their cover of the “Ghosbusters” theme song for “Ghosbusters II”, Run DMC asked [Ernie Hudson](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/people/ernie-hudson) to join the group. He respectfully declined, stating that the city of New York needed him and his ghostbusting abilities more. ---
