anyone ever try or know how to fix [the real ghostbusters](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/games/the-real-ghostbusters-activison) ghost spooked voice changer toy?

i got fresh batteries inside, battery terminals are clean, and i opened it up and everything is clean including the button terminals and wire connections are firmly soldered.

any ideas?
