I’ve had this for about a decade, and it’s pretty much just been displayed on my shelf since. Made sure to keep it out of the sun, so the plastic isn’t discolored. Despite it’s age, it has very little to no signs of any damage. The only damage I can see is a minor stress mark on the bottom of one side wall. Item has also been cleaned, and I can’t see any signs of any Ecto-Plazm residue, so whoever owned this before myself likely didn’t use the slime grates very often, if at all.
All stickers are correctly placed and similarly show no damage. All parts (fire pole, railings, doors, sign, and containment unit) are included and original, no reproduction parts used. The only items not included are the box, instructions, or Ecto-Plazm can. Otherwise, the actual playset itself is complete.
The playset would be shipped with the main structure assembled, and all extra parts removed and wrapped separately to prevent damage. Item will be packaged wrapped in tissue paper to prevent any possible paint damage in transit, surrounded by packing paper and peanuts. Bubble wrap can melt due to the extreme heat of summer, so I don’t wanna risk that with an item like this.
