Just wanted to make one for myself, but found there is only enough of the amber LEDs to make 13 displays, so bought the USA out of all of those parts and now you have a chance to build up one of these unique Gizmo kits! Super limited edition (only 13 total will ever exist in the world), and I am down to my last few kits. It can be easily updated by recompiling the code. The board can be updated by loading in new code, but you would need a computer and the latest Arduino IDE installed on your compuiter. Just send me a PM with description of what you want it to display! **\*\*\* Android APP for Dynamic Control \*\*\*** I am working on an Android only APP for dynamic control of the Gizmo display, but it is not done. There may need to be some changes to the code to support this, so the Arduino code may need to be updated. Run time is about 12 hours as measured with the default display sequence. Fully recharging the battery is about 2x the run time, and is done with a USB 5V cable to your computer or USB wall charger. (no cable or charger is included in this kit.) Since the battery is hard to access when the board is finished, charging will be done by plugging into the USB-C connector on the ESP32-C6 module mounted next to the battery on the underside of the metal display stand. **\*\*\* Cost \*\*\*** One full kit with pre-assembled and tested display module: $369 + shipping. The Daughterboard PCB can be either a matching Brown with green traces, or a Yellow/Tan board with copper traces, just let me know which you prefer. Display includes an 18650 Li-ion battery installed in the module. USA only and ground only due to USPS HAZMAT shipping requirements… International purchase/shipping would have to be through eBay and I may have to remove the 18650 battery and not include it depending on what shipping requirements are to get a battery out of the country.
