heh. my steel monstrosity; lol! There’s a guy making one from aluminum, and so far his looks sweet!
Anyway, this is an old pic (before paint and whatnot) of my steel one, but yeah…I’ll get updated ones when I can get batteries for the cam! ![]()
since these were taken a year ago, I’ve since added lights to it, but they’ll get the point across; it’s heavy, but not overwhelmingly “fall-over backwards” heavy. Admitedly, it’s not completely accurate, but it does the job! It was like, my second attempt at making one; the first one was cardboard’n’ductape. The next one will be waaay lighter, but who knows when I’ll get around too it. I suppose my reasoning for a metal pack could be that I’ve heard to many disaster stories about parts being ripped off and whatnot…then again, it could just be that I prefer working with metal over wood or plastic acts innocent ![]()
edit
cool; auto resize!
I managed to squeeze a few pics out of the camera before the current batteries were smited..the cyclotron lights light up, but they don’t flash; the gun has two blinking red leds, and a steady white light from the grille; the blue lights this halloween will shine due to a glowstick (hack!)
Not accurate, but I know what’s wrong with it anyway!
bad photography and all…
lol, like an inch thick layer of dust!
