Hello everyone. I just had a quick question regarding the chip module that is on the GBFans Amplified Sound Board. I noticed that we have blue sound chip modules in the store that appear to be a bit longer than the green one in the GBFans kit. I was wondering if this could be used as a secondary chip? I’m just a bit new to the sound chips and I wasn’t sure if that was the case.

No. The ones used on the GBFans sound board are different.

Sound Chip sold in shop = 28 pin

Sound chip used in GBFans sound board = 16 pin.
