I first tried on my phone when it emptied, I was not logged out. Then tried the past few times on my laptop. It emptied and did not log me out. ---

I was logged in, on a desktop, no IP Address changes, but I was not logged out… And it would happen randomly… Like, if I was on the payment confirmation screen and went to change my payment option (Paypal to Credit Card), it would either empty out my cart immediately, or when I returned to the Order Confirmation screen… Also, sometimes instead of emptying the cart, sometimes it would remove items instead, particularly the bellows… It would sometimes take a quantity away, or take both away entirely… ---

It’s still emptying my cart when attempting to use both Paypal or credit card. Using my laptop at home on Firefox. I’m logged in. ---

AJ here is the timeline of my progress: -Shop opened, I began placing items into my cart from my wishlist. -Paying with PayPal, brought to websites, redirected to GBFans, cart empty, item numbers don’t match. -Attempted again splitting my order into two separate since they both showed separate ship dates from the original order. -Same results as the first. -On third attempt started receiving confirmation of an order but of the SECOND attempt, but only one of the two orders I placed on the second attempt went through. To answer your latest posts questions: -I was logged in. -I was on my laptop for the first attempt, then switched to my iPhone, then back to my laptop. -I was still logged in after the cart emptied. ---

Emptying of the carts and wrong quantities in the cart has been fixed. It was a pretty amazing little bug that was only introduced when a lot of people were trying to order at the same time. When one user placed an order, it cleared everyone’s carts rather than only their own. So like dominoes one person would place an order and then everyone’s carts would be cleared. ---

Ordered a variety of parts, checked out with a credit card through paypal. Worked fine for me now. Thanks AJ for updating the site! On orange [hat lights](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/proton-pack/hat-lights) it says special order, will they just ship when they are back in stock? Thanks! ---

Just reran my order on my phone, and it looks like it was successful! Order for 3 [legris](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/proton-pack/legris) straights and 2 bellows. Thanks for fixing this so quickly! Something I noticed was that the shipping did not apply to the order total on the confirmation page until I selected a different shipping speed than the default. At which point, the screen refreshed and it totaled with the newly selected shipping cost. All I had to do then was reselect my desired shipping speed (default) and it was good to go. Not sure if it was a mobile issue or not. Just letting you know. Thanks again! ---

Just curious why the price of the Matty Collector [Neutrino Wand](https://www.gbfans.com/shop/mattel-neutrino-wand) is $40 more in the shop than straight from Matty? ---

Looks good now and seems to be working great! Hate to ask inventory questions but any idea when the pack and wand lights will be back? I missed the pack lights in the fall and I’ve been kicking myself since. ---

Just ordered from the shop and everything worked great. Added items to cart, browsed the threads, came back added more to cart, looked through the for sale thread, came back to cart to checkout with paypal. Not one problem. Liking the new features. I did notice that there is no notification on the items after they have been added to wish list. It led me to adding the same item twice. Maybe the star on the button turn yellow or something just like the rating. ---
