i hate to ask the question also regarding the pack lights i also hesitated ordered everything else and forgot to order the pack lights and its the last item i need and been kicking myself for months i hope its soon. ---

The kits take 3 months to produce. They also cost us a considerable amount for an investment… (I could buy a brand new car amount of money). We’re going to be working on them, but they won’t be available for several months. ---

Hello, I pr-purchased a burnt stay puff (May2014) which i was super excited about! At the time of purchase it would be about 6 months before I could expected delivery(Jan2015) NOW! it says it will be another 6 months before i can possible expect delivery. Currently says Jun2015. I have to admit im getting a little frustrated about this. I haven’t received any kinda of information regarding these delays and why. :vinzclortho: Can someone help me with this matter? I really don’t want a refund but i also don’t want to wait another YEAR to get it.. :sigh: Thanks for your time, Tony ---

AJ, I received this error when attempting to place an order using paypal. Not sure if the issue was on my end or yours, but my paypal account functioned properly elsewhere yesterday so I’m assuming everything is in working order. I attempted three times, each of which required me to log into paypal to confirm my information, which brought me to the “Review” page and then bumped me back to the “Payment” page when I attempted to complete my order. I’m not sure if this could have affected anything, as it never has before, but I do have some credit in my Paypal account, though not enough to cover the whole purchase. That’s because the manufacturer pushed the item back. They have not made it yet, and it isn’t available anywhere. They did not have a solid ship date so they gave a generic date of Jun 2015. I got the same error as above along with a “PayPal API Error: 10419 - Express Checkout PayerID is missing.” message. Just wondering also the estimated shipment notice on the cart said the order will be shipped mid Feb, the only special order item was the [yellow hose](https://www.gbfans.com/shop/yellow-uniform-hose); is this estimate accurate or just a lead time posted on everything? I believe the two errors with PayPal have been fixed. The PayerID error and Billing Agreement Error _should_ both be fixed. Though I have not tested the Billing Agreement one yet. ---
