Well seeing as everyone is doing there own [Ghost Trap](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/ghost-trap) holder-type-thingy… thought I might as well give you what I worked with this weekend.

Putting the trap into Prop Mode- activating it to the end of the cycle was where it remained so the yellow and both red LEDs remained active.

I then attached the following around the neck of the trap handle;

…then attached around the belt- total size, once attached, was about 4" to 6".

Afterwhich I attached the trap pedal as in the movie.

This remained with the loop hidden (as it was black and behind the pedal) solidly in place for the entire time out-and-about in mass crowds and drunken idiots.

Cheap, effective, need for a mod to the trap and no need for any other (visible) methods to hold the trap in place.

In these photos I have locked it around the [belt gizmo](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/uniform/calculator-circuit-board) holder- which holds it a little further down the leg. It allowed me to walk a little freer than having it locked around the belt.

Thinking more- I think having a flat side of leather holster but with a lower slot where I could feed through the lock. That way I could also keep the gizmo too and the trap would not hang as far away from the body.
