It does. It’s also drawn on a bit crooked, and that could be what’s putting me off.
Judging from the logo they may be trying to pull a Ben 10 here. If the new member with the ghost hand is able to transform into different ghosts. I’m only guessing with the different creature parts on the logo.

I think it’s very much a clue to the animation style. Spider-Verse style. That mix of 3d CGI with flat hand-drawn elements and lines probably animated on 2s (for the most effect with 1s for faster-paced action similar to Kpop DH)
Good shout! I can’t post an image due to region restriction problems here, but if you turn an image of the grinning Robin Shelby Ghostbusters 2 Slimer upside-down next to the new logo, the mouth is very, very similar.

Is there still any truth to Night Shift taking place in the early 90s?
I thought I heard an info-leak somewhere that it supposed to take place during Pecks first run as mayor (1991-92) or is that just a rumor?
It’s still not clear if that’s rumor or truth. At the earliest, they could officially reveal some info like this at the end of the month during the Annecy Festival panel. Someone claimed the showrunners told them '90s at NYC on Saturday .
