# Greetings from Florida

Hi guys,

I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Ralph, I am living in Gainesville Fl but like to spend time in Daytona Beach and Orlando. I am hoping to find some other GBs in my area to attend events like Megacon, charity events and work on our gear. Speaking of gear…the addiction has begun. This week my resin parts from heavy props arrived and I was giddy with excitement as I opened the box. My wife looked over and said “oh more plastic parts…”, I said “no this is a [booster tube](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/proton-pack/booster-tube) for a unlicensed positron collider, it just happens to be cleverly disguised as a piece of pvc…lol.” I am also checking daily on my order status for the mobo, shell and electronics from the gbfans store. I wanted to thank everyone that has posted on how to build a pack and I hope I can contribute as well.

Hi CPU64,

Just wanted to say thanks for the welcome. I looked at your profile and see that you know several other Florida busters. Hopefully I will get to know some of those folks and can attend some events by the end of the year once my gear comes together. Speaking of gear, your aluminum pack looks amazing. I already see where I will be upgrading some of my resin parts and I don’t even have mine built yet…lol.
