Aluminum Throwers! I’ve made a few of these privately, but haven’t put them up for sale publicly yet. I normally charge $470 for what’s in the picture below, **plus a trigger tip**. I’ve focused on making the parts that are NOT available through the GBFans shop, so between buying one of these, and placing an order with AJ, a complete thrower can be easily had. If you’re international, I can order the parts through AJ as a proxy, and ship everything together for you. I make the parts of the body with my CNC machine, so they’re precise, accurate, repeatable, and if you let me know what light kit you’re using, I can cut the bargraph window to fit the light insert, and you shouldn’t need to do any filing or cutting on that window to get a great fit. I am working on resin cast grips that will be molded and ready for casting by the point these throwers will ship (by the end of May is my current timeline.), and a set will be included with each of these throwers, cast in an accurate orange/brown tinted resin, just like the originals. All 5 of the throwers have been claimed! Thanks everyone. 🙂 But only one of the sets of pack parts have been claimed, which leaves 4 slots open. I’m going to adjust those 4 slots to include throwers, if the interest is there. So if you want a thrower, I’ve got up to 4 more available! ---

Hey guys! Just a bit of an update, I’m making good progress on everything, but I’ve had a few smallish setbacks that have delayed things a bit. Setting up my new shop has taken more time than expected, but I’ve had the CNC machine running daily getting thrower parts cut up, and I’ve been welding the ‘accessory’ parts of the throwers, TB/IBs, Trigger tips, etc. The lathe I’ve been using in the past is no longer available to me for parts, but I’ve ordered a replacement that will end up making much higher quality parts without needing me to clean up and perfect them by hand, so that’ll save me a great chunk of time. My basement flooded last week due to the crazy rain we’ve been getting for the last few months, which has been a major distraction over the last few days, so I apologize for not replying sooner, but I’m still moving along getting everything finished! I received shipping notice for the new lathe earlier today, and it’s scheduled to be delivered this Thursday. Once it arrives, I should be able to hammer the front and rear cylinders out over the weekend. I’ve been working on thrower bodies as the parts come off the CNC, and I’ll be posting updates more actively over the next week as I get things wrapped up. Barring any other acts of nature, I should have everyone’s orders in the mail by the end of the month without any trouble. More updates to come! ---
