I’m not really new, but I figure I would post a late introduction anyway.

My name is Chris and I’m from Omaha, Nebraska. I’m married, and a father to a 5 year old and 7 year old. I’ve been a long time ‘Halloweener’ and I’ve assembled or made Jedi robes, Starfleet uniforms, Indiana Jones, and some others. This is my first foray into a (mostly) movie accurate build, and the new [proton pack](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/proton-pack) will be the biggest project I’ve ever done. I’d like to create a Boba Fett costume next, and then maybe a screen accurate Darth Vader costume down the road.

Here is my work in progress on the wand. This is a multimediamayhem kit. I slightly modified it by adding a couple hex screws to mount the front barrel. I might pull those out and find a different way to secure the barrel from the inside of the gun box. I have a Jupiter light kit on the way and then I can finish this part of the build.
