To use LED’s instead of bulbs, go here:

Enter the pertinent information for the LED you want to use, and then all you need to do is get that resistor, and solder it to one leg of the led, and you can use that to replace the bulb in the schematic, remmbering to hook the led up so the negative and positive terminals are the right way round in the circuit.

If you don’t know how to do this though, I would reccomend against attempting to build your own circuit. I tried to build a light circuit for the pack, and my first attempt met with failure. $30-$50 worth of parts down the drain. I would reccomend instead buying a kit from someone here, or off ebay. I think you can get just the pack lights for $75 or less.

Your post makes it sound like you already have a kit that you want to replace the lights on. More information on what kit you have is necessary to figure out what you need to do to swap in LEDs. If you’re starting from scratch and don’t know how to wire LEDs I’d suggest buying something existing and installing that unless you really want to learn how electronics work.

The SRM model sequencer at [Trainsetelectronics.com](http://Trainsetelectronics.com) is adequate to light an entire gun and pack if you’re willing to settle for 5 lights in your [power cell](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/proton-pack/power-cell) insead of 15.

But if you already have lights and are trying to replace them, that’s gonna get a bit more complicated.

What they said!

The SRM on that site is a sound module. I can’t find anything there that looks like it does what you describe.
