Greetings all Ghostbusters!

I am a fan (obviously) From the UK. I live in Green Haworth near Accrington/ Blackburn.

I wanted to get more involved with the GB community as me and my cousin have Ecto 1. I say me it mainly is my cousin!

We just appeared at the Great Harwood show where two members from the Greater Manchester Ghostbusters showed and introduced me to the online Paranormal world of Ghostbusters.

On meeting them I also noticed I am missing alot of equipment.

I would like to get my hands on the following

MT500 sound chipped Walkie

LED equipped Gizmo

Lifeguard for Belt

[Mattel](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/toys/mattel) [Ghost Trap](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/ghost-trap)

Googles

and some sound effects for the [COntainment Unit](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/containment-unit)

With all this am ready to start Bustin

So which one of my new found awesome colleagues can help me?

Always a please and always Grateful

Your main man -Chris Venkman 🆒

Thank you !!!

I’d suggest you look either here on the For Sale boards or on ebay for most of those things. They’re out there.

get the MT500 from ebay and then add the sound chip you buy from Spongeface

Make the gizmo (its not hard [TheRockman's (El Cheapo) Illuminated Belt Gizmo (Pic Heavy) - Uniforms - GBFans.com](http://www.gbfans.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=21595&hilit=the+rockman) is a good tutorial)

Buy the life guard.

try to find the trap they come up often.

and Make the goggles.

Unfortunately no one is gonna sell the stuff you made and finding pre-made stuff is hard to come across and expensive when it is, but it is part of the fun to start to build your own props. Welcome to GBfans

Glad you got a trap sorted for it, have you got your holster sorted for it? Laurence over on UKGB is making fibreglass goggle frames

If you’re making a gizmo i recommend using styrene to build from, its easy to cut and shape with a craft knife but is strong too. You can get nixie tubes off ebay, the correct size to use are IV-9 nixies. I got my components to decorate the boards from Maplins, they sell assorted bags of resistors and diodes etc

[http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ghostbusters-Prop-Lifegard-II-PASS-Alarm-works-well-95db-keeps-them-bay-/190687712565?pt=LH\_DefaultDomain\_0&hash=item2c65df9535#ht\_1165wt\_702](http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ghostbusters-Prop-Lifegard-II-PASS-Alarm-works-well-95db-keeps-them-bay-/190687712565?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2c65df9535#ht_1165wt_702) found this on ebay that may interest you. These things are getting harder to find.

Photos are mint mate, have a look [http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10150968407862941.446162.781152940&type=1](http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10150968407862941.446162.781152940&type=1) and [http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10151681377345616.481390.664500615&type=1](http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10151681377345616.481390.664500615&type=1)

I have a for sale thread on here for the goggle frames too.

Being fibreglass they are much stronger than any polyurethane castings offered.
