So, for my birthday my dad got me a Hotwheels [Ecto-1](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/uncategorized/ecto-1). nice. i picked this up by accident a few months ago at wallmart. havnt had the heart to open it. ---

I hadn’t opened it until I finally decided I couldn’t stand it anymore. Once it’s finished, I’m thinking about sealing it back inside the bubble package. Also, I noticed something awesome. If you look in the back windows, you’ll see that there’s a rack with [proton packs](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/proton-pack) in the back (not really distinguishable in these pictures). ---

Nice job! Though, the right side tube is supposed to be yellow, not green. The digital transfer of the movie messed up the coloring. ---

Yeah, that’s the restored ecto. The builders didn’t know what they were doing and really didn’t care. ---

Yeah, I know it’s a little dark, but it’s the closest color I had. And I’ve had trouble mixing paints before, so I decided not to bother. ---

I’ve come to terms that the passenger tank was pea-green in the movie. But that doesn’t mean it looks good…at all.
