I went at the 7 1/4 inch mark and it doesn’t seem to bad. Used a sink extension and the grip from my throwing chicken 3.0 kit. The placement ends up about 3/8 from the slo blo box and im pretty happy with it. The thumb reach for the switchs feels just right.
