# Introduction...

Hi everybody!

My name is Benoit, I’m from Reims, in France ( → so my English is not perfect, but I try to. 😉 )

I’m born in 1985 and I’m a Ghostbusters since my childhood.

I’m a roof constructor since my sixteen years old and have few skills to manual labor. (I love DIY stuff).

I’m also a radio presenter on a community radio, where I have a show about independent underground worldwide Hip Hop.

I love to go to music live shows (rock, ska, punk, funk, reggae, Hip Hop…)

I’ve discovered GBfans in my research for [Proton Pack](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/proton-pack) build.

I’ve built 3 cheap DIY packs.

-The first was not really a Proton Pack, but a ■■■■ pack with a hose and a wand.

-The second was a look like Proton Pack, build from cardboard PVC, but proportions was not repected, but it come with a static light in the [power cell](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/proton-pack/power-cell), and did the job for Halloween.

-My Last and third Pack was built following Stefan Otto’s plans, from cardboard, adhesive tape, PVC pipe, electric cables and static light in the power cell, the [cyclotron](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/proton-pack/cyclotron) and the wand. Had some mistakes in plans interpretation, but it look like great for “normal people”.

My next step is to build an “real” pack with light and sound, so now I’m looking for details, sellers choice, accuracy as possible, well you know what I mean, right? 😉

So it’s what I’m here and love to see all great work the GB community have done and share.
