Yes thanks! but the girl I’m going to draw has to be Perfect with a capital P. any suggestions? I have a few picked out but nothing that really jumps out at me.
after lots of searching I’ve picked out Allesandra Ambrosia as the model for Kylie( altering her skin tone, hair, and make-up). I’ll be getting that started in the next day and posting work in progress picks of her. In the mean time I’m taking screen caps of Kylie’s suit and equipment from youtube.
Question: It appears that her gun hangs from a hook of some sort on her belt.. correct?
One more thing I’ve learned. EGB Jeanine is a dead ringer for Sarah Palin.
hahahhaha yer , wink wink.
sorry i didnt get back sooner, i was tryin to think of some1 but your choice is probably better than what i would of chose,
well as i stated before, get crackin lol
Don’tcha know, she can see Gozer from her house.
that’s pretty good!
after googling Alesandra Ambrosia i approve.
*This might be too late but, more reference pics:
*But please leave the big/tousled hair be

*Cheers.
*EDIT: ImageShack seemingly wants to keep resizing my pictures smaller than they originally are [and no, I did not choose the option for this to happen], so “Enchanted-”, if you need a bigger version, I’ll e-mail them if need be…
*But please leave the big/tousled hair be :
Because you’ve been so helpful, I will gladly leave the hair:)
Something I wish someone would do, which you’re part doing through this, would be to try do as realistic a depiction of the cartoon Ghostbusters as possible, some concessions would likely have to be made, such as Egon’s hair and such… but it’d be interesting to see renders of how they could look in the real world… Kinda like when Homer had a nightmarish vision of his kids as “pink skinned freaks”:
right on kingpin, that’d be a cool idea…perhaps someday…someday.
here’s my underdrawing of Kylie thus far.If anyone wants to give critiques, now’s the time to do it, not as I’m getting done! note..I’m still working out the design of her vest, though I may have it opened in the front, but I don’t foresee any cleavage, well maybe a little. I plan to put a pke meter in her left hand, and will have the radio and proton gun on her belt.
I can’t tell if the pic is at an angle in the photo or not, but from here, her hands look a little small.
It’s a great start though!

I thought the same thing…damn, now I have to change it.
Beautiful work so far. You make it look so easy…
I dunno if it’s the angle of the picture, but it seems like her proportions are way off. Her arms and legs come off as far too thin, especially near the hands and in the crotch. The size of her head and length and girth of her trunk make it feel that way too. But like I said, photo angles make shit look wonky.
I’ll be honest I don’t know your exact reference, but I’d try to find a ■■■■ to work from, clothes always throw shit off.
I like man!! The photo definitely throws off on how it really looks. My portrait of Ray is way fatter than how it really looks because I took it from my phone! The actual drawing is a lot cleaner and shows way more detail!
As far as depicting a realistic Kylie you nailed it! I totally picture her like that! I always pictured Kylie as a hot latina or european model! You definitely captured how I envisioned her!
Oh as far as working from nudes like ■■■■■■■■■■■■ mention! It works!
other than the hands, the drawing has the proportions right, the model is very thin, and long bodied(5’10"), but after sleeping on it, I’ve decided to scrap the sketch, in favor of another pose were the arms aren’t just hanging there. It should be more interesting, plus the pke meter would have gone outta frame with the current pose/with hands enlarged. The pic i was using is her in a bikini, Allesandra doesn’t do ■■■■ photography! hopefully I’ll have more work to show very soon. thanks for all the comments guys.
try to find a ■■■■ to work from
its a tough job, but i guess il do it, il search ■■■■ models for you to use Uni,
UK you’re a true friend!
You didn’t have to scrap the drawing. I mean if you want to do a more dramatic pose by all means go for it! You should actually use the sketch you already did for reference to get an idea of what you are going to do. Any ■■■■ of that has the same body type and build would do. My friend you are an extremely talented artists and you will figure it out. The only drawback to being and artist is that we are our own worse critic.
Usually when I do these type of drawings I just do quick sketches of a character but in multiple views and angles! I usually take the best elements off all of them and combine them in my head to make the drawing my own!
JackIvy and I got some pretty good advice similar to this by a comicbook artist last weekend at the phoenix comiccon!
