30/50 Survival Mode is friggin’ HARD AS ■■■■■! Took about 3 tries before I got the Melee medal one. ---

Survival mode all pends on the team. I got the achievement after a few tries as well, but once I did, I gave up on survival. You want a the achievement that is hard as ■■■■■? Try Realism on Expert…I spent a lil under 3 hours trying to finish the campaign just to get that achievement. I am at 40/50 right now. ---

I’m not really going for achievements, I mean I do when I’m bored; but in the long run I just have fun. Everytime I connect to an Xbox game I wind up with people over-seas using their own Xbox as a server so I lag like ■■■■■. ---

I’m on PC, and really, this is one of the only games I try worrying about achievements. I am really an achievement ■■■■■ as far as the 2 Left 4 Dead games go. However, with the first game, I am still 3 shy of finishing, I have to find a decent team to get 2 of them done, the Nothing Special, and Untouchables. The last one is 20 car pile up for Crash Course, but that one is really horrible, because you rarely get a chance at tank during the game, while the finale, the survivors are inside and it isn’t easy to get the car in there. ---

Something about that doesn’t sit right with me. Almost like they realised some fans wanted a bit more action on the original game… and this is their last offering of content relating to the first game, before concentrating completely on the sequel. ---

New word on the campaign that the L4D survivors encounter the L4D2 survivors. I love L4D2. However, a word of caution, If you decide to skip to the harder campaigns, the Director (the AI) will automatically jack up the difficulty on the earlier campaigns such as Dead Center and Dark Carnival. It has done this to me. I skipped Dark Carnival and went to Swamp Fever and Hard Rain and completed those. Once I went back to Dark Carnival the game jacked up the amount of special infected. Like 3 Hunters in one horde and a witch sitting in the entrance to the tunnel of love Safe house. Lucky for me I had the chainsaw so I cut her down but still. The worst was when I went back to Dead Center just playing casually and all 4 survivors were incapacitated on the escalators by 2 hunters, A smoker and a jockey as well as the horde all at once. But still the final level has got to be up there with some of the most frustrating controller throwers. But damn, the opening “trailer” is so bad ass i watch it everytime I play.
