Sony has it’s own animation company so they’d keep it in house. They just won their first Oscar for Spider-Man Into the Spiderverse(which was a thing of beauty). But they also do less than stellar fare like the Emoji Movie & Hotel Transylvania. ---

I’d hope if they ever did do more episodes, or a soft reboot starting from season 3’ish onward, that we’d get more episodes like Sam Hain and Boogeyman and less like [Baby Spookums](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/real-ghostbusters/baby-spookums). ---

I was just mocking most DreamWorks movies even Peabody and Sherman get Netflix tie in shows so that one is a show based on a movie based on a show I loved spiderverse movie.
