Ghash looks great, I just can’t afford another 2 pack XD Peter and Egon were the only double packs I got, but MAN those “boss” ghosts look amazing
Ray looks Amazing. Will be ordering t he two pack come September. (which hopefully means Egon should ship by then). I figure we should have the whole line done by what, May-June next year?
While Ghash’s colour seems a little off (the episode had him looking far more flesh-toned… Or yellow… Than pale green), the sculpt is none-the-less excellent, and the inclusion of Drool is a wonderful little surprise. 
Glad to see Ray will have his Ecto Goggles and Stay Puft plush.
I prefer the green re-colour of Ghash to his original beige / yellow. The green compliments the other figures well.
I was on the fence but the Ghash sculpt is my second favourite behind Sam Hain.
And OH MY GOD the pack-in IS Drool.
Alex Brewer is a legend. Mondo - we are not worthy. That’s an easy purchase. Just… what a wonderful treat for Real Ghostbusters fans after all these years.
Edit: Also note Mondo are doing Over the Garden Wall figures. I think I might have to cough up for those as well…
However this will necessitate parting with some items…
Ghash looks like he has Jaundice in the cartoon. He’s a little too green for my liking. Little more Simpsons and less dayglo TMNT. I know they read this stuff, so make it so.
But if they are reading this stuff, then please leave the colouring as per the SDCC promo model. It’s an improvement on the show colour scheme.
Or, OR! Give us a raw, unpainted figure so that we fans can choose what color we like the most and then everyone is happy!

So far, everything has been 100% perfect. But, I do not like the shade of blue they have Egon adorned with. IMHO, it is not accurate to the show. I imagine being so close to release that this new blue is what we will be getting.
No mistake, nothing but praise and gratitude to Alex and Mondo. Just being picky and have OCD.
So, they are adding the Slimer where he forcibly kisses Jeanine. That’s definitely a choice.
The desk is a cool addition .
I would maybe have gone with a swapout GB suit body and pack. Or some imps to go on the desk from Janine’s Day Off. or another smaller ghost eg Victor.
Kinda mixed on the kissing Slimer and other accessories.
If it’s a $101 figure then fine. I half-expected Wot and the bird but I guess this means a Mrs Rogers will be a future two pack if they do them. Seems strange there isn’t a major ghost pack-in. Presumably suited Janine will be a future figure in the line as well.
Why do I have the feeling kissing slimer is going to become a meme? Janine and the other ghosts look good. Does Mondo have plans to release the fire house in sections for future packs?
A Firehouse diaroma in sections would turn me off collecting more.
But after the Janine figure I will pick up the other sets on a case by case basis anyway.
I never collected figures before these Ghostbusters reissues - and it’s become a slippery slope. I have boxes of unopened Hasbro GB figures as well as Turtles, Gremlins etc… and I have limited space for toy collecting so I think a self-imposed intervention may be required.

The colour scheme on the figure is fairly accurate to the paint scheme used on Egon’s animation cells in the 1986-1987 period (though the colour grading on the episodes varied a lot even if the paint on the cels was generally consistent). When the show shifted to Slimer and The Real Ghostbusters in 1988, Egon’s uniform shifted closer to navy blue.
I have no doubt if the line’s successful, we’ll see a Ghostbuster variant of Janine.
I’d considered, but didn’t think we’d actually get Janine’s desk… Probably the phone and the alarm button, but this is better than I’d anticipated. Hopefully they’ll release the filing cabinets, lamp and paper tray with a future figure to complete the reception desk area.
They said in one if the SDCC vids they have big plans for the line next year. Guess that goes way beyond Janine.
