One out of my two local gamestops has the stuff in.. has anyone seen thegamestop buckle compared to the hot topic one? Are they the same quality, or is one better then the other?
Sounds like hot topic online has already sold out of theri belt buckles, and I don;t know if our store will even get them in at this point.
It would be nice to see pics of both though, to knopw if one is better then the other.
The HT buckle is $19.95, but the Gamestop one is GITD, and only $14.95

lol AJ. Well I’m a sucker. I splurged for the wallet. I actually need a new wallet but somehow I doubt I’ll wanna use it. I have an extra “new” wallet at home somewhere.
I went ahead and preordered the game for the Wii. Was there something about a t-shirt? I wonder maybe they don’t have any more or didn’t get many. Or maybe they get them in later? The guy didn’t say anything about it so. Meh I can do without it whatever the case is 
EDIT: I read somewhere else it’s at time of pickup! That’d be sweet but won’t get my hopes up.
One of our local gamestops had everything out, and the other two were clueless.
The GS buckle has a black outer edge, and the ghost is GITD.. I suspect that the hot topic one probably has a outer chrome/edge.
The guy there also has a Tom-Tom GPS, and he replaced the blue triangle designating h=your car with a tiny Ecto-1! Kinda nifty. He definitely wants us to stop by in gear, if we don’t head down to atlanta or over to Knoxville for the gamne release.
If you preordered at Gamestop, they are supposedly getting the shorts in with the perordered games. Its the black shirt, GB logo but also with the logo wording “Ghostbusters” above it.
The shirt that comes with it isn’t just black w/ the GB logo & the word “ghostbusters” on it. It’s actually going to look like this:
That’s different then what I saw. I wonder if there is a different shirt for next gen abd Pc, and one specifically for Wii and DS?
I was hoping there was, but the gamestop web site shows the same shirt for all versions.
It’s somewhat hard to see, but the design on the shirt at http://www.ghostbustersgame.com/preorder seems to be the graphic on the right side of the page, possibly indicating that there ARE two separate versions of the t-shirt.
I havent seen anything other than an oversized “display only” game box.
There is a Gamestop right up the street from me on 86th and Lexington so hopefully I can come in with gear on and give me an excuse to wear my pack on another day other than Halloween.
My GameStop got their stuff in. I bought the wallet as my old one was falling apart. I can’t stop rubbing the vinyl slime for some reason…

mainly because it’s Ghostbusters… but I’ve also been in DESPERATE need of a new wallet…
We left with two belt buckles, and one wrist band for the wife.
I need a new wallet, now that I actually have money I might have to run over tomorrow and find one.
I’m kinda wondering if all the preorder-bonus shirts are going to be L/XL…no love for tiny people.
Just let me wash it.. it’ll shrink to be far to small for you.
BTW, found out the HT buckle and the GS buckle both do have black edges. Wonder if the HT one is thicker metal?
just bought my wallet today. was thinking of getting the wristband as well, but maybe going alittle overboard. will definitely get some shirts though, and might get the belt buckle, but dont have a belt that it would look good on.
So ya BUY a new belt! 
Plain black would look fine, and you cvan find them for like $5-$10 at walmart.
BTW, talk to the local gamestop, guys! Ours is doing a midnight game release, and told us they would make it "seriously"worth our while to be there for the event. 10pm-1am.
Sounds like we can get one game for free, and PC copies for cost only, so we can come out pretty good for something we’d want to do anyway.
I’m sure larger cities will have had more preorders, and might be doing the same thing.
might just get a new belt, and our GS isnt doing anything. not alot of people pre-ordered the game. i think i maybe the only one in the store who did.
