No sure about what it says about the Velcro, but mine was an iron on. And even then I only iron it enough that it holds while I sew it on. If you want Velcro, you could ask him to do the Velcro.
When I sent him the note with my name I told him no velcro, might just want to throw that in the comment box so he doesn’t put velcro on.
Yeah mine came without velcro. I couldn’t see the option when I bought mine, but he may offer both options now…?

After reading this thread & the one above I was like, why doesn’t anyone contact Kathy, Katarra8 & let her know the discrepancies although I’m more concerned with the GB1 style name tag but still.
I think in a community such as this the more people who can offer a accurate product the better & especially if the seller is easily to be found & get a hold of.
I’ve never heard of “Bonanza” prior to stumbling on the above threads or Etsy for that matter, mostly I’d say because of my location.
Having now read this thread, page 2;
I see a member from GB Fans has been in contact with her, post is dated Feb 17th 2012 ref emailing a note to Kathy & letting her know about providing a more accurate name tag.
Since it’s now June 2014 & after going through just these 3 threads alone maybe it would be a good idea to send her a compiled comprehensive list, photos etc from the 3 threads I’ve found?
Naturally she’s no ghost head & offers what she see’s & thinks people like & if she isn’t informed then as far as she’s concerned what she offers in her mind is correct. After all she is a seamstress not a fact finding buster 
As I’m only a new member here maybe a older, respected member might want to contact her or “JayM” who has established all the correct details & information & liaised with Joey.
Food for thought nothing more but as I pointed out earlier I think its better to have options than just relying on one seller or provider.

I joined Bonanza 29/05/14 soley to purchase a GB1 name tag from Pepi & also asked if he were able to do the GB1 no ghost patch.
I’ve had no contact from him after making my purchase or any notification if the name tag has been sent.
I really have to say as a customer, I’ve very disappointed in the lack of communication on his behalf, I’ll give it another week else look to recover my money.
