There has been a lot of confusion lately as far as who is a moderator and who is not. Many users assume that Supporting Members are Moderators since they have red usernames. I am still expirementing with a few settings but several changes have been made. -Admin are now red (which was the Supporting Member Color). -Moderators are still green. -Supporting Members are now black. -Supporting Members now clearly state “Supporting Member” under the username. -Moderators and Admin now simply say “Moderator” or “Administrator” under the username. I understand that initially this change may be confusing… but once we are used to the color change I think we will be better off. Please let me know if you guys have any comments or suggestions. EDIT: Temporarily made all supporting members black to avoid confusion. ---

Note: I’m still having a hard time deciding if green is the best possible color for Supporting Members. If anyone has any suggestions for something that goes with the site’s existing color palette.. please post your suggestions (not purple). ---

Colors have been reverted back to what they were. Green for Admin / Moderators. Red for Supporting Members. (though a different shade of red). I think the colors were too hard to get used to. ---

Hey just chiming in with my 2 cents o’ feedback… seems all good, except, why does it need to state Supporting Member when we have the little GB logo icon that already says so? Seems a little redundant. For me it’s easier to spot “admins” and “mods” if they are green. Keeping the rest of us sheep red (supporters) and black (regular members) is easier also. 🙂 ---

I understand the repetitive nature of it saying Supporting Member and then Supporting. But its repeated because some places, such as the online app, don’t display the rank image. One change I just made was to add images for Admins and Moderators. Again its repetitive, but its something we need to have. I might make the Admin and Mod images a little bit different from the Supporting image though. ---
