The first step is to work out what type of [Proton Pack](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/proton-pack) you want (first or second movie?) and to then decide if you want a generalised one, or to replicate a specific Pack worn by a specific actor… the step after than is to start acquiring parts and saving up. 🙂

There might be some guys in your local area who may be able to help… but it isn’t always guaranteed.

You’ll also want to determine a budget for the project, the pack you make/ get will be greatly determined by how much you can afford to spend. Set a realistic budget and work within it. Pack costs can vary greatly from hundreds to thousands depending on what you go with.

Before you purchase anything I suggest checking out the seller feedback and blacklisted seller threads. This will save you a lot of time and money.

I’d also suggest introducing yourself and where you are from, that way you may find someone near you that can lend a hand. Good luck with your build!
