# NewTo Ghostbusters and Building my First Proton Pack

Hello! So This past weekend I saw the Ghostbusters reboot having not watched either of the previous movies and suffice to say I am hooked! I pretty much immediately started working on a Holtzmann Cosplay and in keeping with the character it seemed only appropriate to build my own [proton pack](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/proton-pack) as well. And while doing research this site kept popping up. I have realized it is entirely possible I am a little in over my head. But you all seem a lovely bunch who have done far more prop building than I have who can help provide feedback and advice.
