I’ve down loaded stefan’s plans and measured out his handle and nozzle size and it sizes up to 30mm but am finding that size of conduit hard to come by but I can get hold of 25mm or 32mm. I know it’s a bit particular but am needed help choosing what one would fit best.

SAE measurements would be easier, methinks. The correct tubing for the thrower is 1 1/4" OD, which is VERY close to 32mm.

If the “nozzle” you refer to is the clear acrylic tube, there’s actually about 1/16" gap between it and the next larger tube.
