# Possible substitute for GB2 black belt

Saw this [pistol belt](https://www.gbfans.com/shop/uniform-pistol-belt) and pad combo picture and thought it looked like a decent GB2 style belt. I bet if you bought a smaller size pad it could make a decent approximation for about 30 dollars. Any comments?

Thirty dollars is a bit steep; while it would make a decent substitute, it would be cheaper to just buy the raw materials and make it yourself.

Or you could buy a screen accurate one for 45$.

“Screen Accurate” GB2 belts are all custom made… you can’t buy them in stores… there was once custom made belts on this site going for $45-50, but he has since retired…
