Anyone interested in a white version of this? I have some really nice white ABS that pulls awesomely. I’ll post some pics if anyone is interested. It also paints well with plastic fusion paint. ---

Are these shells “rough cut” or do they require clean up and trimming? Basically, if I place the pieces on a table, will they sit flat? ---

As they are, they’ll sit flat, but they need to be trimmed about 3/4 of an inch up all the way around. The bumper will need to be trimmed, as well as the ion arm. ---

Also right now they will all be done in white ABS. It actually pulls a little nicer, but it needs to be painted. I suggest the plastic fusion paint you can get for lawn furniture from home depot/lowes. ---

I was just out in the shop working on these when the coupler bushing that joins the motor to the vacuum pump tore in half. I have ordered a new one but it may be a week or two before I can get back to work on these. ---

Got the new coupler in and installed last night. I was able to make up 2 sets of parts in white abs. ---
