Is it possible that [the judge](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/characters/the-judge) that gave the scolery brothers the chair, could restrain the order against the GBs, just like that’??? Just by saying it? Always sounded odd to me. ---

I’m sure he could. Especially in the state of panic he was in. I actually was curious now that you mention it and did some reading on it. Yes judicial orders can be lifted just like that, depending on if they are State or Federal and if [the Judge](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/characters/the-judge) is State or Federal, or what level of the judiciary they are in. ---

yeah yeah I meant the order of them performance their services, probably implied that he drops all the charges against them. I still love everytime “SHUT UP!” “STAND UP, GET UP!” ---

It’s almost like a “return” type of thing.. which I guess in a sense it actually is, ha! But definitely. The courtroom scene was no doubt trying to pay homage to the ballroom scene in GB1, though. When you think about it, there are a lot of similarities between the two films.. whether it be a nod to the first or what have you.
