The new comic will be based during about the same time as the new Ghostbusters Video Game (early 90’s), and will feature the Ghostbusters in a dark and gritty PG-13 rated world. _“[Egon Spengler](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/characters/egon-spengler)! Writer Keith Champagne (Green Lantern Corp, The Flash) is joined by artist Tom Nguyen in this new Ghostbusters saga. When the Ghostbusters capture a group of ghostly crooks, they unknowingly run afoul of a gang comprised of the spirits of some of America’s most legendary gangsters. Dead or alive, the mafia knows exactly how to deal with a problem like the Ghostbusters: rub ‘em out!”_ The comic will be priced at $3.99, and the first issue has 32 full color pages. Apparently this will only be 4 issues… ? Hopefully it won’t just be a four issue special. Hopefully it will be planned to be an ongoing series. Still, either way, I can’t complain. It is awesome that we are getting new comics anyway, so if it will only be for a miniseries, I’ll still be happy. ---

As long as they don’t offer a hardcover they can’t produce and don’t make 15 covers of the first issue and a few of the others, they should be fine 😃 ---

There were more variants than there were regular issues: 4 regular issues, 9 variants! That’s just insane! Even more insane is that I bought EACH AND EVERY ONE!!! ---

Apparently IDW likes to put out comics with several covers.. so we’ll see. I thought it was stupid too. Pretty much 88MPH Studios probably did it so people would buy more copies. ---

When Seb realize about this comic, will release the hardcover with 21 variant covers… j/k I´ll ask to my comic dealer about this comics… it´s a pain in the @$$ getting those here in Mexico.
