Particularly the last four seasons (4, 5, 6 and 7) from when the show was re-titled _[Slimer! And the Real Ghostbusters](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/slimer-and-the-real-ghostbusters)_? For example, the 1989-90 season consisted of the following segments: - 1 episode of RGB running 15 minutes - 1 episode of RGB running 22 minutes - 1 episode of [Slimer](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/characters/slimer)! running 14 minutes Most weeks were formatted as such, but some of these weeks had two half-hour RGBs (one new and one rerun). It is confirmed, according to the link above, that the 9/9/1989 setup had these episodes: - RGB: [Transcendental Tourists](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/real-ghostbusters/transcendental-tourists) (15 minutes) - RGB: [Something’s Going Around](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/real-ghostbusters/somethings-going-around) (22 minutes) - Slimer!: [Room at the Top](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/slimer-and-the-real-ghostbusters/room-at-the-top) (14 minutes) ~Ben ---

I’m not sure about the information provided from the sight, but I do remember the format of the show when it originally aired. When [Slimer](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/characters/slimer) and [The Real Ghostbusters](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/games/the-real-ghostbusters-activison) was released in 1988 it consisted of a Slimer episode The Real Ghostbusters Episode and 2 more Slimer episodes. In 1989 it was a 15 minute episode of The Real Ghostbusters and a 22 minute episode of The Real Ghostbusters and a slimer episode. 1990 it was 2 22 minute long episodes of The Real Ghostbusters occasionally showing the Slimer Show. Then in 1991 it was just 1 episode of The Real Ghostbusters for the rest of the show. ---

The practice of running RGB as a full-hour show on ABC began January 23, 1988 when two RGB shows were reran together, as _The Adventures of the Gummi Bears_ was cancelled. By comparison, _Muppet Babies_ on CBS even ran as long as 90 minutes for a time in 1986 (three half-hours back to back) when _Garbage Pail Kids_ was cancelled before even airing an episode. ~Ben
