# RGB trap conversion

Yup, im attempting one.

but before i give it a shot, i know of some out here who have doen it before and i am curious as to what kind of paint you used to pain the trap.

Just want to make sure i get the right stuff so it does not flake off.

Any help is greatly appreciated and many thanks!!

I used the KRYLON FUSION spray paint, it is designed for plastic. So far its worked pretty good.

Yea I used Fushion too. Worked fine. Only thing is if you go to paint the pedal from the RGB trap, the paint never dries. So find some way to enclose that blue pedal and still make it work. Good luck hope it works for ya.

I saw a guy one time who just built a movie style pedal and glued the pedal to the RGB trap on the underside of the stomper plate, should work just fine. The doors on it still opened and everything.

Yea thanks for that. I was busy and was going to get back to the board to add that link…and i forgot. LOL sorry 'bout that. Thanks for putting it up though. Good luck with the trap, show us some pics when your done!
