I haven’t been modifying the ALICE frames for my custom figures because I couldn’t get paint to adhere to the soft plastic. What are you using? ---

I wash everything with dawn dish soap and a toothbrush, let it dry, paint with Vallejo acrylic paints. Lately, I’ve also started using Montana colors plastic primer before painting. ---

I’ve always been baffled that the Plasma Series designers clearly understood what the Neutrona Wand looks like, but just decided not to do it quite right. The grips are _right_ there. ---

Here’s my Haslab “We’re Back” busters. I repainted their [flight suits](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/uniform), repainted the Lifegaurd II’s, sprayed them with Mr Hobby Matte, made the walkie talkies gloss, added some pigment to Winston’s lips, and tested gloss black on his left hand glove. Opinions on the gloves and boots are welcomed. I’m leaning towards a semi-gloss black after this glove test. Will also be adding brass to zippers as well. I would suggest yes to semi-gloss on the gloves, but not to the boots, unless you use some matte Mod Podge or something to dial down the boot sheen a bit – the black leather boots should not be as shiny as the black rubber gloves. ---

Well, Etsy would be tough in that these are actually just modded Hasbro wands from my personal collection. A step by step is something I could whip up. People also send me their personal items for me to mod as well if the mod process is beyond their comfort level. ---
