Been spending some time rebuilding the Spirit pack to give it some more accurate features. I measured the pack extensively and cross referenced it with Stephan’s plans. The scale of individual parts (gear box, [cyclotron](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/proton-pack/cyclotron), [power cell](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/proton-pack/power-cell), [booster tube](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/proton-pack/booster-tube), etc) from my calculations turned out to be an average 85% of the original dimensions.

Keep in mind that is measuring each part’s dimensions that show a common scale factor by adding them up and dividing them.

Curious why 80% is considered the de facto scale?
