I’m looking at all the plans in the equipment section (awesome job by the way guys) and I noticed that the width and height of the mother boards are different on the two plans I’m using for reference.

Norm’s plans have 26.5" width x 13 3/4" height

Stephan’s plans 25.896" width by 14.125" height

So my question is, does it really matter or is one slightly more accurate than the next? I only want to cut this once since I have 3 to do.

Stefan’s plans are the most accurate. However, his [motherboard](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/proton-pack/motherboard) design lacks the placement of the strips on the [Power Cell](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/proton-pack/power-cell). Personally I would always cut out the motherboard after all the body work is done. Then you just trace it and this will give you the best fitment, IMO.

No strips, just the tab on the bottom… The strips you might believe you see are just black paint over spray…

Thanks, Flynn! I wasn’t clear about the strips, but I meant the top and bottom ones. The sides are indeed already incorporated in the design. In fact, I find Stefan’s [motherboard](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/proton-pack/motherboard) dimension slightly too tight, if that makes any sense. I mean on the movie packs, the mobo’s were somewhat larger than the shells.
