I just got back from seeing “The Avengers”. I gotta say it was awesome! The 3D effects were very well done. I saw in IMAX. Was really surprised to hear we were only 1 of 5 screenings in the U.S. I’m sure they will do a few more in other areas in the next few days though. But either way it is def a must see! ---

it started at 10am and finished sometime around 12ish I wanna say? It was hard to tell since they took all of your phones at the door. ---

Saw it last night… **\*\*The good: \*\*** Humor was top notch, might be the comedy of the Summer. Character interactions were intriguing, Everyone had a good amount of screen time. Ironman is a badass.. **The bad:** It was almost a scene for scene remake of Transformers 3.. And Joss Whedon explosions arent as big as Bay’s ---

Just woke up after the seeing the midnight showing… holy ■■■■… AWESOME movie from start to finish. Can’t wait to see this another 20 times 😃 ---

This movie kicked ass, period. There are countless parts that I loved, and the after-credits scene had me rolling on the floor. I sure could go for some shawarma… ---

I loved Avengers but the only movie I can think of that was worse than Transformers 3 was Transformers 2. Shame because Transformers 1 was bad ass! I’m definitely not a Michael Bay hater, but I have to say I haven’t enjoyed ANY of his movies as much as I enjoyed Firefly/Serenity and Avengers. ---

I am planning on seeing this right after my finals are finished next week. From hearing the reviews from my friends who went to the midnight showing, I’m more then looking forward to this now. ---

I just saw this tonight. I need to lay down because oh my golly goodness that was fantastic. The beginning was a bit slow, but EVERYTHING ELSE made up for it. I was really pumped about how much attention Black Widow got in this movie. I was sure she was going to be brushed aside, but she had as much development and involvement as the other characters. And Ruffalo as the Hulk totally blew me away. He was spectacular. ---

Yeah, [Loki](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/characters/loki) grew on me really fast. He was ok in Thor, didn’t quite get what the hype was about. But this time around he gave an excellent performance! Props to Tom Hiddleston for finding the perfect balance between cunning, desperate, funny, and evil. And did you guys think the first10 minutes or so kind of set a crappy tone for the movie?
