Hey wassup everyone? My username is Psykho\_Path and I have been a huge fan of the Ghostbusters franchise for many years. I love the movies, the cartoon shows and of course its great line of toys. I first heard about this website when it was previously known as [GBProps.com](http://GBProps.com) and I wasn’t aware that the site had changed its name after I received several emails. The thing I love the most about Ghostbusters is its equipment, especially the Ghost Trap. I remember buying so many [ghost traps](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/ghost-trap) when I was young because I kept breaking ‘em one after another and I was heartbroken when the Real Ghostbusters’ line of toys was discontinued. I guess the idea of trapping or sucking something into a small box seems like the coolest and the most mind-blowing thing I’ve ever seen. When [Extreme Ghostbusters](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/extreme-ghostbusters) came along, I was psyched about collecting its line of toys as well. But however, why does the toy company ([Trendmaster](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/extreme-ghostbusters/trendmasters)) have to cease production too quickly? I almost have the whole collection, dammit! So yeah, I’m new here in [GBFans.com](http://GBFans.com) and I’m really excited to learn more with the site and to be involved with whatever as much as I can. I love the fans’ line of props, which is the main reason why I got attracted to this website. If anyone wants to sell his/her customized replica of their ghost trap, do drop me a line. Also, why does the Ghostbusters Video Game have to be delayed until next year? I was so excited and thrilled for it and Activision just had to ‘F’ around. Welcome aboard! Yeah, seems the EGB toys came and went kinda like the series. Sadly before they could make a Garrett and Janine. Ya know I was never really all that crazy about the [Ghost Trap](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/equipment/ghost-trap) for awhile. I had the toy but even when it came time for prop building it didn’t immediately jump out as interesting to me. The more i look at it though, it is cool. Plus you can’t catch a ghost without one! 😃 ---

Hey.. welcome to the site Psykho! I think we still got a pretty good line up of toys from the [Extreme Ghostbusters](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/extreme-ghostbusters) line up. I think they were pretty ambitious to put out as many of the toys that they did. The good thing about the demise of the series was… buying the toys from the toy store for like $5 / each. ---

Yeah, EGB had its potentials. What about the Ghostbusters Video Game for the XBOX360, PS3, PC, etc.? Are you guys psyched about it or you’re not really gamers? I’m looking forward to it since I’m a game geek. I heard it’s delayed and will be released not this year but the following year :(. This sucks. ---

Welcome! I think we all hope it will come out in Oct, but, yeah, looking like next year. : )
