We’re estimating $275 (shipping included). There will be some add-on options (such as distressing and a binding relic) but we’ll finalize all this in the next few weeks.
Thanks! Was hoping it was under 3 hundo. Knock wood the test print comes out great.
This looks like a beautiful book, I would love to get it if finances allow.
Beautiful!!
I’m getting this even if finances don’t allow it.. I herd cold showers & fasting is good for you. If I can just siphon some gas from the neighbors, I should be ready by preorders
Perfect!
Count me in.

Now available for pre-order at https://www.magnoliprops.com/tobin-s-spirit-guide-pre-order-journals-p-741.html
Just got my order in. Hope I’m not too late for the first run.
I wish we could see a distressed vs. new photo. I’d love a distressed one, but not TOO distressed. So I’m unclear on what to order. What version is shown in the teaser video?
Out of curiosity, when will the credit card charge go through…immediately or at time of shipping?
The video shows the distressed version. These will be distressed-to-order, so you could request a heavier or lighter distressing (just include that in the comments section of your order). There are photos of the “clean” version on our website: https://www.magnoliprops.com/tobin-s-spirit-guide-pre-order-journals-p-741.html
Your card would be charged immediately to secure your spot. We’ve already sold half of the first run!
Thank you for the clarity! I jumped the gun and preordered a clean one, but after seeing the video really wish I had gone with the aged - I e-mailed you about bumping my order up to aged, hopefully that’s possible. It looks perfect! It’s been so fun watching this project take form. Really beautiful!
Here’s the first look at our finished binding relic:

The binding relic also works well to help keep weaker spirits locked up in mason jars (some like using pickle jars, but I prefer jalapeños):

Just received my copy today. Holy cow, this thing is a work of art!!! The weathering is beautiful. It truly looks and feels like an antique book of the occult. The content of the book is phenomenal. The Ray’s Occult Books on the box was a nice touch also. The only thing missing is that musty, wonderful ‘old book’ smell.
Outstanding job Magnoli!!!
Would you mind sharing some pictures?

I’m sorry, I don’t have an Imgur or any other online photo hosting account.
One of the things that make this book so amazing for me is that it’s not just a display piece to look cool on a shelf, with a few good entries and a lot of empty babble as filler. It’s
an actual book, fully readable from cover to cover. It’s got some fun easter eggs in it too, especially for those of us who were kids in the 80’s.
