Maybe cause he’s the only one who’s really out in the public and interacts with people. I’ve seen him at Comic-Con a couple of times, and I’ve never seen Dan, Harold, or Bill…And I’ve certainly never seen a picture of any of the other three graciously accepting a fan-made pack. ---

I assume the mustache was the reason the second film only made of of what the original movie earned. I say we protest for Ernie to grow it back and re-shoot all of his [Ghostbusters 2](https://www.gbfans.com/wiki/FAQ/ghostbusters-2) scenes 5 minutes ago! ---

maybe another way to have GB2 be more like the cartoon. They did a survey, kids HATE moustaches. 😃 :whatever: I remember some people at some points thinking it was a different actor. ---

**I** used to think a different actor played Winston in GBII. He looks so much younger to me in GBII than in GBI. So, a mustache adds: authority, bad-assness, and apparantly about ten years. ---

That’s because of the dated look of the movie/characters, just look at Janine’s '90s hair/clothes. That’s one reason that the first GB had so much appeal, it had a certain old fashioned look to it. 🆒 ---
